Vozrozhdenie Bank’ s shareholders have elected new Board of Directors

Today Vozrozhdenie Bank has held an extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.

The General Meeting of Shareholders has taken a decision to early terminate authorities of the former Board of Directors and elect new Board of Directors consisting of 12 members out of the earlier recommended candidates:

1. Denis Bortnikov, Deputy President and Chairman of VTB Bank Management Board;

2. Oleg Gorlinsky, Deputy Head of Finance Department, Head of Treasury, Senior Vice President, VTB Bank;

3. Vyacheslav Dusaleev, Advisor to the Head of Global Business Line “Retail business”, VTB Bank;

4. Ruslan Eremenko, Head of Regional Corporate Business Department, Senior Vice President, VTB Bank;

5. Maxim Kondratenko, Member of VTB Bank Management Board;

6. Vladimir Levykin, Head of Strategy and Corporate Development Department, Senior Vice President, VTB Bank;

7. Dmitriy Olyunin, First Deputy President and Chairman of VTB Bank Management Board;

8. Valery Petrov, Deputy Head of the Management Board of Financial Markets Development Institute;

9. Anatoly Pechatnikov, Deputy President and Chairman of VTB Bank Management Board;

10. Gennady Soldatenkov, Chairman of Vozrozhdenie Bank Management Board;

11. Ilya Khersontsev, Advisor to the Chairman of the Management Board of Astramed-MS Insurance Medical Company;

12. Elena Shtykanova, Member of the Advisory Council of VTB Shareholders, Advisor to the Senior Vice President of Mining and Metallurgical Company “Norilsk Nikel” PJSC.

The General Meeting of the Shareholder has taken a decision to make amendments to the Vozrozhdenie Bank’s Charter in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law “On Joint Stock Companies” as well as some technical amendments.

At the first meeting of the new Board of Directors held today, Dmitriy Olyunin, a first deputy President-Chairman of VTB Bank’s Management Board, has been elected a Chairman of the Vozrozhdenie Bank’s Board of Directors.
